I've seen a couple of tensioners that mount to the chainstay lately that look like they would work. I can show you all the parts if you like; lighting, indicators, gearing shrumpf high speed drive, and 600w motor etc. I've been collecting them for a while. I'm upto assembly now using a wood template for a metal frame.
